Hourly rates

Plumbing charges are £60 for the first 3 hours and 15 minute increments.

Gas charges are £60 per hour and 15 minute increments.

Emergency call out charges  £150 out of hours  21:00-06.00

06:00-20.00                           no call out charge weekdays 

20.00-0.600                           £70 first hour plus hourly charges

weekends                              £70 first hour plus hourly charges

Fixed price

Our hourly rates cover most minor jobs from 1 to 3 hours. If the works are likely to exceed this then we will carry out a fixed rate of a half day and a fixed full days labour charge.

New watermains and inspection chambers

Watermain renewals and new drains will need an initial survey due to cable and service avoidance scanning. Obstacles will need to be taken into consideration i.e through steps etc.. and a estimate will be given due to ground conditions. 

Estimates

All estimates are free of charge. We will visit you at an agreed time and return a quotation within 48 hours.

Payments
